Got to take in another session at the Lakehead Thunderwolves training camp.Full 10 min periods of 5 on 4 hockey were on display with fast skating and agressive power play being at the foreground. Michael Quesnele shone again with his skating and he even took out a veteran with one of his patented hip checks that used to get so many of the Essar faithful jacked. Looking forward to the game reports from tonight's Saginaw game on this site.  Cheesy

Here is some clips from the article:

2. Who is the most overrated team heading into the season?

Neate Sager (Yahoo Sports Canada)
Gut instinct says the Soo Greyhounds in the West. They made a big jump last season to fifth in the West, but lost OHL defenceman of the year Jake Muzzin and No. 1 goalie Robin Lehner to the pro ranks.

Brock Otten (OHL Prospects Blog)
I'd say probably the Soo Greyhounds. I loved the make up of the team last year, but losing Muzzin, Quesnele, and Lehner will hurt more than people think. The team's defense and goaltending (which was their bread and butter last season) will not be at the same level.

One would think that after mandating that all CHL use the same system/network and format for their sites that when they launched they would make sure FIRST that it was going to work properly! I tried clicking on the "Shop" tab and got a page like a Google or Yahoo search page with Hounds links....couldn't find my way to the shop!

I know that start-ups can be dicey but surely the CHL is a big enough and "professional" enough organization that start-up should not be THIS bad! Shocked

The best part of it (similar to other sites) is we have dipped into the past.  Joe Thornton, Richard Uniacke, Jake McCracken, etc. along with this years players are on the team but all the defencemen are from years back - Marc Moro, Richard Jackman to name a few.
Brings back memories.
